KStaticDeleter

Hello
This patch should remove every usage of KStaticDeleter from kdebase/apps and
kdebase/runtime. Because I can't test these changes, it would be really
nice, if somebody could take a look at them. If this is ok, I would try to
remove KStaticDeleter also from kdebase/workspace.

Another question: are there plans to remove the deprecated functions and
classes from KDE before the release of KDE4?
