Strange bug in QSvgRenderer and KDE

I did LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8

and if i'm doing "echo $LC_ALL" i get "en_US.UTF-8". But when i'm
launching knetwalk (for example), i have still the artwork broken.

Any idea?
