Some problems with KDE4 concerning japanese

I will paste him this mail and ask him to tell any pbs as soons as
this will be implemented.

we at mandriva ( i help to package Kde4 ) are making snapshot very
regularly ( more than 2 snapshots a week )  so i think that our users
can help too ;)
