Integrating Gwenview in kdegraphics?

You'd have to remind us non-gwenview users what this really means in terms of functionality loss
(this is about image-modification plugins, right?)

But anyway, 4.0 isn't for tomorrow. Any chance libkipi can be stabilized in the next 6 months or so?
