KDE 4: Text labels underneath toolbar icons

I don't know what a macosx panel bar looks like, but I'm wondering about this: 
wouldn't it be nice or cool to (optionally, of course!) use Kicker's hovering 
tooltips here? So that you can set a toolbar with small icons, and then the 
tooltip fades in with left a bigger version of the icon, together with the 
actual text.
