Normalizing signals and slots

Hi,

I remember an email talking about the benefits of having signals and
slots normalized when using them, since on Qt code it is first checked
if normalized, and if not it goes for normalizing it, so it is more
cheap having it normalized.

I propose a day (maybe more) for normalizing all signals and slots on
the KDE project.
