Not sure if KNS supports cursors, the KCM doesn't seem to. I don't know if we 
want to ship it with 4.0.1, sorry.

"Simply can't stand the standard cursor theme" is a matter of your distro's 
choice, and you can change it yourself. It's also not a very strong argument 
if you ask me. :-)
