KDE default colors updated

I've just checked in the latest version of Oxygen.colors and have 
updated kglobalsettings.cpp, kcolorscheme.cpp, and kcolorcm.cpp to 
reflect this scheme. Since I will likely only have tomorrow and maybe 
one other day to make any changes, please let me know ASAP if there are 
any grave concerns regarding the new scheme.

(If anyone notices any discrepancies between the code and Oxygen.colors, 
I'd appreciate knowing about that as well :-).)
