It is possible to install both Qt3 and Qt4 devel packages.
But this is not only about co-installability. This is about build tools
finding what they are looking for, and if qmake or moc or something else for
Qt4 is needed, then it becomes much easier if these tools have specific
names, and not the same as other tools which do something similar but not the
same.
