Do we support non-Xorg X servers?

I don't think we even need to special-case for those. Including X11/X.h
instead of X11/xdefs.h should work everywhere, the same way
GL_TEXTURE_FILTER_CONTROL_EXT exists also in X.org Xlib, and the forward
declarations for GLX structures can be replaced by the matching #include
(GL/glx.h I think).
