[PATCH] Shorter fullscreen icon text

Hello,

Gwenview toolbar is quite wide, a bit too wide for me (and others). One way
to reduce it a bit is to use QAction::setIconText(), which let you define a
different text for an action whether it's plugged in the menu or in a
toolbar. Attached patch uses this feature to reduce the text "Full Screen
Mode" to "Full Screen" when the standard full screen action is plugged in
the toolbar.

Is there an official KDE position on the usage of QAction::setIconText()?
Do you think this can go in 4.0, even if it adds two new strings?
