kcmshell4 fonts and toolbar fonts update

Hi,

I've noticed that when changing the fonts in "kcmshell4 fonts" those apps that 
have toolbars are not updated dynamically, and they need to be restarted to 
apply the configuration.

I thought a bug report would be so much noise. I really don't know where the 
fix belongs to.
