Alt+Shift+Tab makes desktop inaccessible [was: help for fixing #153211]

Ok, switching to another shortcut fixes the problem. However kxkb
doesn't contain any reference to Alt+Shift+Tab, as Matt suggests in the
bugreport. I also tried it after killing kxkb, still the same.
