Changed subject to be a bit more descriptive, so people don't just
ignore this. The issue is pretty bad IMHO, as there's currently no way
to change these shortcuts, besides editing config files. The shortcuts
kcm is unported, kwin doesn't have any kcm to change the actions it
provides...
