Color of tooltip

Actually, I just made it pale blue, same hue as the selection, as I 
thought it was too yellow also :-).

This brings the grand total of schemes currently in svn that have yellow 
tooltips to one (honeycomb, which is very yellow already)... not 
counting what is currently in kcolorscheme.cpp but will be going away as 
soon as we pick the new default scheme.
