Beta2 Tagging and Feature Freeze

Bigger changes in the sourcecode will now have to wait for KDE 4.1, KDE 4.0 
feature-frozen now and going into bugfixing mode. Plasma is exempt from this 
freeze, so visually, it will still see some major improvements.
