Yes, that's the problem exactly: The main aspect of styles is artwork. So it
actually should NOT be the people who code to make the final decision whether
the styles are ready for public consumption but the artists. Still if you're
right it seems like the artists are at the mercy of the people "who code".
If this is the case the discussion needs to get continued.

Again. kde-artwork is NOT named kde-old-style-dump-place. We don't dump crappy
old code in kdepim or koffice either, do we?
