Two API suggestions before freeze

Hi, 

I have two classes. They are already compeleted. If they are interesting for 
other projects, they can perhaps useful in kdelibs.

1.

A class that takes a QListView and add a contextmenu to its header. With this 
contextmenu you can show and hide the columns. (Discussed in kde-usability)

2. A KCategoryComboBox (could eventually be merged with KComboBox)

Has a method addCategoryItem( QString ) to add a separator with text.
