Drop KAssistantDialog in favor of QDialog

As Olivier said, KAssistantDialog is not a simple Qt3 replacement (if that was 
the goal, we have still Q3Wizard).

I would say:
Yes, let's keep KAssistantDialog outside of the public API before KDE 4.1.
Then, chances are that some apps will make use of its features (not even 
planned in new QWizard), like "List of steps" [1].

Maybe we'll end up with "Linux/Unix" style of the assistant, while on other 
platforms assistants will stay like Qt4.3's QWizard.

OTOH, Qt4.3's wizard's advantage is that it looks extremely native on each 
platform. That said, I mostly mean Mac style, as nobody is really sure what is 
the real "Windows" style for wizard, except for Vista.
