Color, Icon and Font Settings in KDE4

What ever happened to this? There was talk about it a while back, where 
a few people from TT were *very* adamant that they did not want KDE to 
do this "because Qt should handle it". Meanwhile AFAIK nothing ever came 
of it.

I'd be willing to try to offer some functions along these lines, if 
people think it would be a good idea?
