A KSelectAction dedicated to QTextCodec selection ?

The thing is that I don't see where/how to add this button by example
in the combobox *style*.
If someone have an idea/mokup so that I can see, I would happily code
it. Same for the configure dialog box since I don't really see how to
do it.
