kpersonalizer qt4 ui port

attached is an svn diff in the kdebase/workspace/kpersonalizer directory
While for me it crashes, it does compile

I changed the QLabels to all wrap their text. which fixes an issue I noticed 
when trying to run kde4, where kpersonalizer is ridiculously wide.
