Adding ThreadWeaver libraries to kdelibs

Yes. I talkd to mattr and blackarrow on IRC about it. 

I was unable to finish the merge before Sunday night. It will be prepared in a 
branch, and merged next Monday. 

Sorry for the delay. Building kdelibs is a bitch.
