Adding ThreadWeaver libraries to kdelibs

I am sorry if I missed the urgency of getting out of kdenonbeta. Maybe the 
boat was not sinking fast enough. 

But all other parts of threadweaver (that do not go into kdelibs) should move 
to kdesdk anyway, so this problem is solved.
