mDNSResponder API change

Hi,
the current mDNSResponder (version 107.6) changes the callback API -- the 
txtRecord is now given as an unsigned const char * instead of a const char *.

The patch I've attached applies to both 3.5 branch and trunk -- but I guess we 
need to check the installed mDNSResponder version and #ifdef it out.

I'm not aware of any way to check the mDNSResponder version short of checking 
which version compiles, but maybe someone else knows more about it
