Well, if this is a case where explicit is in the way, I'd suggest looking at 
the logs to see who added the explicit, then smacking him or her on the nose 
with a rolled up newspaper. After that we can figure out how to flag the 
constructor as implicit-ok (guess: // implicit at end of line).
