[RFC] Moving out KDE3 stuff out of trunk

As for the four l10n modules, the fact that they are four available ones does 
not necessarily mean that the translation teams have to work on all 4 at the 
same time (even if assuming that this would have any sense).

A team following the KDE development would probably work on the KDE3 stable 
and KDE4 unstable l10n modules and after KDE4 is released switch to KDE4 
stable and KDE4 unstable.

Teams following closely a distribution, would probably prefer KDE3 stable (and 
perhaps KDE3 unstable if the are a young team) before switching to KDE4 
stable and KDE4 unstable in a year or two.

And new teams (to be created) would probably concentrate on KDE4 unstable, as 
long as KDE4 stable does not exist.
