[RFC] Moving out KDE3 stuff out of trunk

Well if the po-files in kde4 and kde3 are not compatible, and we want 
development and stable versions of all programs under both kde3 and kde4, 
then we do indeed need 4 versions of l10n, but it is truely a horrible 
thought.
