executeable files in kdelibs of trunk

Hi,

I noticed that there are files in kdelibs source that are executeable. But I 
doubt that all files that have this permission are in fact executeable. Here 
some lines of 'find -type f -perm +x' where I think this is wrong:

Is this a problem in any way? AFAIK it is a property in SVN and I could fix 
this myself. But I want to hear first that this should be fixed at all.
