[PATCH] KSpell2 improvement

Hi all,

could anyone from TWG give a clear message if the patch is OK or not. If OK, 
where should it go? If not OK, why?

I invested some time and an effort to make it. It will be just a waste, if it 
gets ignored. It wouldn't be encouraging to help KDE either.

Note that Zack is the original author of kspell2. It seems he is not very 
interested in it anymore. That's why I asked TWG.
