[PATCH] KSpell2 improvement

Hi all,

I updated the patch. The dictionary combo in config widget is also humanized. 
This widget is used in KWord's preferences dialog (I didn't now that).

I asked translators [1] if it is OK to introduce new strings into stable. So 
far there was a positive answer.

Taking into account "Restricted feature-unfreeze for 3.5.3" TWG was talking 
about, any chance the patch gets into stable?
