Building with cmake

The current problems should be fixed soon.  I am doing out of source builds, and
there was a problem in the cmake files for kdelibs for a short time that made
it dump files into the build tree, when that was fixed there was a mixture of
both, and the builds were using old files. Anyway, things should start to be green again
soon. 

I would see it as making one of the nightly builds of kde use a nightly build
of cmake.   If that dashboard fails, and all the other dashboards work, then
we would have a good idea that something in cmake broke the build.   The nightly
builds all use the same files. CTest uses svn/cvs to checkout with a specific date and time
for that day.  So it will be comparing apples to apples.
