And as these were only chaotic (and the terms of the last one was widely not
respected), there will no be any message unfreeze between KDE 3.5.2 and KDE
3.5.3.
Until new rules are created for adding messages during message freezes, it
will be case-by-case decision on kde-i18n-doc.
