KDE4 Development Critical Path

Just tagging onto a thread I partly caused myself -- I would like some way of 
making it possible to create groups of actions in a parent application that 
kparts can add themselves to. Right now, organizing the menu or toolbar of an 
application with many plugins is hard and demands using weird things like 
QSignalMapper. (Unless I have missed something.)
