But as it is something that affects the whole KDE, kde-core-devel should 
be informed about the decision (not about the details of every build 
system discussion).

No, because I'm not interested how the build system issues are solved, 
but I'm interested to know when a decision is made and what were the 
reasoning behind that decision.

Is it really hard to understand this? Anyway, move on now, this thread 
is already too big.
