hamish rodda, post-kaction branch merging (does that belong on the chart?), is
apparently looking into changing xmlgui fairly radically. it was discussed a
couple months ago on the list, and he mentioned it again in the thread titled
"Consideration requested for merging of kdelibs-action branch":
quoting him there:
"This branch does not alter XMLGui in any way other than direct porting. I've
had several people express their concern re. moving to another system, and
I'd like to keep that as a separate discussion."
i'm not clear what level of detail you're looking for, but if applicable i'd
like the kconfig multiple backends and change notification added. i have put
only the most cursory of thought into the latter (via discussion on this
list) but it really is something we ought to have. i've got probably another
2 weeks work on kconfig if i concentrate on it, and if i want to implement
some of the optimization ideas that lubos had perhaps even longer ...
