Check off list needed for apps. (was: KIOSK settings)

I'm thinking we could have the xml files in the same place as every
Changelog.  When people update their Changelog's occasionally, they
can also update their xml files.

Maybe STATUS.xml   to fit in with TODO and CHANGELOG :)
