renaming kde-config to kde4-config

Yes, this is sad,  but have you another solution ?

It's just the major version anyway. 
I've seen other software that include the version in the binary name.

But a long period. Maybe years. Specially if we don't make the transition 
easy.

We should try to make the transition as easy as possible for our users.
(and also for distributor)
