Are playground applications translated at all?

I mean, by definition, playground is unstable and rapidly-changing code.
Do translators want to translate that?

If an application is stable enough to be translated, it should be moved up
to kdereview -- which is KDE3 only at the moment, since it makes no sense
to stabilise an app upon libraries that aren't stable at all.
