All the places that use icalgauge.h include ical.h before including 
icalgauge.h, so when compiling the file, icalcomponent is known when it is 
used. It's not clean programming, but libical is a fork/copy from a 
third-party library, and as long as it compiles, I don't want to mess too 
much with it.
