kde4 application disable to compile for the moment

KRDC and KRFB have been floating around essentially unmaintained for
more than a year and a half now. I've been trying like crazy to get
someone to take over, but the search has not gone well. A few
interested parties have spoken up, but they've all dropped off or
disappeared. Every now and then someone starts messing with the code,
but no clear maintainer is in sight.

My suggestion is to move KRDC and KRFB to extragear unless someone
willing to put the work into them steps up (immediately). They can
either live out the rest of their life there, or be returned when/if a
maintainer appears.

Is this maintainerless? I'm willing to take this over if need be. WAY
too useful for me to let go.
