kdebase status

Hi,

A quick discussion was held at Trysil regarding whether we build kdebase 
against snapshot or trunk.

It was felt that since the libs snapshot is mostly unusable, that developing 
kdebase against kdelibs trunk (rather than using the bleedingedge kdebase 
branch) made sense, just for the duration of the Trysil meeting (until this 
Friday).

So, we'll move the fixes over from bleedingedge for now.

Please note that other modules should continue to be ported against kdelibs 
snapshot.
