which compilers do we want to support with KDE 4 ?

I'm an outsider here, but anyway...

For the above it's even easier: Trolltech does not support anything older 
than 3.2:
http://www.trolltech.com/developer/compilers/gcc.html

So it is very likely Qt will not compile (correctly) on them in the future.
