Mostly, yes. qt-copy is getting some bugfixing that will appear on Qt
4.1.1 and 4.2.0.

By the time KDE 4 is released, it will require Qt 4.2. Since there's no Qt
4.2 yet, you have to use qt-copy.
At least qt-copy isn't updated that often, so you just need to watch out
for commits into it and do a "make sub-src" every now and then.
