There doesn't seem to be an *extreme* movement against dropping 3.2
specifically.  Can we just agree that 3.2 has now been dropped, 3.3 is
on the fence and will be reevaluated (critically) closer to release,
3.4 is very likely to be supported but 4.0 is the recommended compiler
for KDE4. (It's even got the "4" thing going for it.)
