kdoc remainings

It seems that there are still remainings of kdoc in Makefile.am(.in) files 
(also in KDE 3.5.x).

As I suppoe that KDE4 uses Doxygen only, can they be removed or is there still 
a use? 

(I think that it is better to start to delete them now, as the Makefile.am 
files are still there and that we can see if the target uses auxillary 
files).

And what should we do for KDE 3.5.x?
