docbook writers: please no empty para's

Hi,
Just looking at kdebase now and yes, there are several
<!-- Add links to "further reading" here -->
<itemizedlist>
<title>Related Information</title>
<listitem><para></para>
</listitem>
</itemizedlist>
Is it OK if I change that to
<!-- Add links to "further reading" here -->
<!-- <itemizedlist>
<title>Related Information</title>
<listitem><para>to be written</para>
</listitem>
</itemizedlist>-->
or should the whole lines be removed altogether?
