User-visible strings in kdelibs/kdecore/kconfig_compiler

The user-visible strings in kdelibs/kdecore/kconfig_compiler
(KDE 3.5 and KDE4) seem only to be part of an example, but these strings
are extracted to kdelibs.pot, the main translation template, which is
mandatory to translate in KDE.

As the useful code of kdelibs/kdecore/kconfig_compiler does not seem to have
user-visible messages, I suppose that it would better to stop that. The
question is the solution to choose:
- remove kdelibs/kdecore/kconfig_compiler from the directories to be extracted
by the "messages" target of kdelibs/Makefile.am.in
- move the example to a separate directory and exclude that directory instead.

(If really there is a need to translate the example, it should then be put in
its own translation template.)

Of course, we can also choose the simpliest way for KDE 3.5 and choose the
more complex one for KDE4 instead.

Have a nice day!
