KUrl(QString) fix

With the increased knowledge of this stuff I think that there is no 
reason to change path() behavior because we can use toLocalFile().
More important would be to have a toLocalFile() method with the 
'AdjustPathOption trailing' parameter as path() have

  QString path( ) const;
  QString path( AdjustPathOption trailing ) const;

->

  QString toLocalFile() const;
  QString toLocalFile(AdjustPathOption trailing ) const;
