First startup of KDE application and printing on stdout

I think common sense applies: nothing should be printed in release mode, 
unless the output is the objective of the front-end program.

Daemons and backgrounded programs should not output anything. There's a 
reason why our post-commit script warns of the usage of printf, qDebug, 
etc.
